Best Griddle French Toast

Featuring:

The PCG-10 Griddle


INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs

1/4 of Whole Milk or Half&Half

1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

2 TBSP of Sugar

1/4 TSP Ground Nutmeg

1 TSP of Cinnamon

8-10 Slices of Challah or Brioche

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a flat bottom pan or casserole dish combine and set aside.

  2. Pre-Heat your Broilking Griddle on High.

  3. Whisk in the eggs, whisk in Half&Half,vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mixture.

  4. Coat/dip bread slices in egg mixture, and place on griddle.

  5. Fry slices until golden brown.

  6. Flip to fry opposite side.

  7. Garnish with your favorite toppings and maple syrup.
