INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
1/4 of Whole Milk or Half&Half
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 TBSP of Sugar
1/4 TSP Ground Nutmeg
1 TSP of Cinnamon
8-10 Slices of Challah or Brioche
DIRECTIONS
In a flat bottom pan or casserole dish combine and set aside.
Pre-Heat your Broilking Griddle on High.
Whisk in the eggs, whisk in Half&Half,vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mixture.
Coat/dip bread slices in egg mixture, and place on griddle.
Fry slices until golden brown.
Flip to fry opposite side.
Garnish with your favorite toppings and maple syrup.
